Ridgewood NJ, B.GOOD, the farm-to-table restaurant , announces it’s rolling out its Fall seasonal menu items this Thursday, October 4. B.GOOD’s Fall favorites feature fresh locally sourced seasonal ingredients all with the better-quality ingredients that B.GOOD is known for. New seasonal menu items include:
Butternut Soup
4-Bean Chili
Roasted Butternut Salad
The Green Chile Burger
Lucy Blue Smoothie
Apple Bacon Bowl (Available 10/17)

Green Chile Burger – All-natural hormone and antibiotic-free beef, topped with green chiles, green chile puree, pepperjack cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions on either a whole wheat, white or gluten-free bun. (Also available as a turkey/veggie burger or chicken sandwich)

Roasted Butternut Salad – Mixed greens, roasted butternut squash, cheddar cheese, apple, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, with maple mustard vinaigrette. (Vegan without Crema, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free)

Butternut Soup – Spicy butternut, pumpkin seeds, scallion crema. (Vegan without cheese or crema, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free)

4-Bean Chili – 4-bean Chili (cannellini, pinto, red kidney, and black beans) topped with cheddar cheese and a scallion crema. (Vegetarian and Gluten-Free, Vegan without cheddar and crema)

Lucy Blue Smoothie – blueberries, almond milk, almond butter, dates, cinnamon, and lemon. (Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free)

Apple Bacon Bowl – Kale, quinoa, slab bacon, sliced apple, avocado, dried cranberries, scallions, sunflower seeds, red wine vinegar, olive oil. (Gluten-Free, Vegetarian without bacon)
