This outdoor event will be held on the grounds of the Ridgewood YMCA at 112 Oak Street. Attractions and activities will include food trucks with a variety of tempting dishes available for purchase, live musical entertainment, carnival games, face painting, inflatables for the kids and a beer & wine garden for the adults! This event is rain or shine and proceeds will support the YMCAs in Haiti and Puerto Rico.

To combat the problem, the Division of Highway Traffic Safety assists local and county agencies in the development of comprehensive pedestrian safety programs involving Education, Enforcement, and Engineering.
The Education component of the pedestrian program involves getting the pedestrian safety message to all members of the community, with a special emphasis on three high-risk groups: children, senior citizens and non-English speaking residents.

Father Tom Mathews of Christ Church Ridgewood told CBS news that several hundred people took advantage of the drive thru service in a one hour and cars lined up in the parking lot to receive the ashes and then go on their way.
