Meatball Hero on the BBQ

1 Pound of ground beef
1 large finely chopped onion
salt and pepper
one egg ( room temperature)
brad crumbs

chopped peppers

spaghetti sauce

Italian bread

mix in a mixing bowl

Makes 5- 10 medium sized meatballs

Place frying pan on the grill, add olive oil to hot pan

Cook meatballs for 15-20 minutes depends on size

Add peppers 2-5 minutes before the end

Add spaghetti sauce 2 minutes before the end ( about a 1/4 of a jar per sandwich

toast the bread on the grill , it toasts up very fast

than put the meatballs , peppers and sauce on the bread
