Medevac Helicopter Landing At Veterans Memorial Field, Ridgewood

Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Police, Fire, EMS, and Emergency Services personnel were on standby for slightly over one hour at Veterans Memorial Field on Monday evening during a medevac helicopter landing and takeoff.
The helicopter landed to pick up and transport a critically ill patient from The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, to an undisclosed hospital in Pennsylvania. Ridgewood Mayor Paul Aronsohn was also on the scene observing the emergency crews at work.
