Falsified Time Sheets Leads To Arrests Of Three Bergen County Employees

Hackensack NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of DAVID KACZYK (DOB: 05/25/69; married; heavy machine supervisor) and JANICE KACZYK (D.O.B. 10/31/77; married; office service manager) both of 71 Lakeview Street, River Edge, NJ, KEVIN LITTLE of 211 Allden Street, Wallington, NJ (D.O.B.10/23/70; married; mechanic), and JUSTIN K. CHIUSOLO (DOB: 09/21/80; married; employed as an electrician) of 4-31 Plaza Road, Fair Lawn NJ. David KACZYK was arrested on charges of Theft By Deception, Falsifying Or Tampering With Records, and Possession of A Controlled Dangerous Substance. Janice KACZYK was arrested on charges of Endangering the Welfare Of A Child, Possession Of A Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. Kevin LITTLE was arrested and charged with Distribution Of A Controlled Dangerous Substance. Justin CHIUSOLO was charged with Distribution Of A Controlled Dangerous Substance. The arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti.
