Detectives Arrest Man for Using Counterfeit Bills at Tolls

West Trenton NJ, The New Jersey State Police have arrested Moustapha Toure, 22, of Staten Island, N.Y. for using counterfeit bills at various New Jersey Turnpike interchange tolls.
On Thursday, January 3, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority reported that a man had used $200 worth of counterfeit bills at different tolls.
Through various investigative means, investigators identified Toure as the suspect. On Monday, January 29, detectives from the Troop “D” Criminal Investigation Office located and arrested him.
Moustapha Toure was charged with criminal simulation and theft, and was released pending a court appearance.
Charges are mere accusations and the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty.
