Mahwah NJ, Frank T. Pallotta, candidate for Congress in New Jersey’s Fifth Congressional District, released the following statement in response to the report that Governor Phil Murphy’s tuition assistance program awarded $3.8 million in college aid to immigrants that were brought here illegally:

“At a time when our own citizens — including our veterans — are sick, struggling with crippling student loans, and sleeping in the streets, why are we looking to provide free healthcare, tuition, and housing to unauthorized immigrants?  Josh Gottheimer fails to call out and stand up to members of his own party even as they push policies that will lead our country into fiscal ruin and harm our citizens.”

Gov. Murphy’s Pandering To Illegal Aliens Continues To Be Dangerous For New Jersey

the staff of the Ridgewood blog

Hackensack NJ, In accordance with an unfortunate edict enacted by Gov. Murphy’s administration, police in Atlantic County released an illegal alien this month who ran over and killed a 7-year-old boy and severely injured his 71-year-old grandmother.

The man accused of the killing — Jorge Rodriguez-Saldana, 30, was charged with third-degree causing a fatal crash and was issued a motor vehicle summons for being an unlicensed driver after the July 10 crash on White Horse Pike.

Rather than detain the man for federal ICE review authorities, the police following Gov. Murphy’s directive released him. According to Murphy’s edict local law enforcement is prohibited from cooperating with federal immigration officials.

the staff of the Ridgewood blog

Trenton NJ, the Murphy administration may get what it wished for ,President Donald Trump said on Friday he was considering sending illegal immigrants in the country to so-called sanctuary cities. Frustrated by rising numbers of undocumented immigrants arriving at the southern border and a failure to get Congress to fully fund a U.S.-Mexico border wall, Trump taunted Democrats by dangling the possibility of an influx of illegal immigrants into their communities.

NJ Contractor Pleads Guilty to Cheating “Illegal Immigrants” Out of Wages

the staff of the Rdgewood blog

Ridgewood NJ, the report from the NJ AG office proves the point as to why the state should not encourage “illegal immigration”. Policies like sanctuary status and not allowing the police to check on immigration status merely encourage the following types of activities .

Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal announced that an Ocean County construction contractor pleaded guilty today to purposely not paying prevailing wages on a government contract valued over $75,000. As part of his criminal activity, the contractor falsified payroll records for the public contract to cover up the fact that he paid most of his employees only a fraction of the wages required under the Prevailing Wage Act, while not paying others at all. It is believed that many of the defendant’s employees were undocumented immigrants and he took advantage of their status.

Governor Phil Murphy plays the fool on the heels of President Donald J. Trump’s Border Wall Address

Trenton NJ, Governor Phil Murphy plays the fool on the heels of President Donald J. Trump’s Border Wall Address. Murphy said ,“President Trump continues to mislead to justify his nonsensical and damaging shutdown. There is a much better and smarter way for us to invest $5 billion than an impractical non-starter of a wall. The Gateway Project would do more to create jobs, promote economic and national security, and build critically needed 21st century infrastructure. Enough of the misguided rhetoric that is hurting our economy and our people, and making us less safe. Let’s get the government open and get to work to get Gateway done.”

We want to take this minute to remind Governor Murphy that an illegal immigrant released by a “sanctuary city” county in New Jersey was charged with a triple homicide halfway across the country in Missouri.
Luis Rodrigo Perez stands accused of being the gunman in a shooting rampage last week that claimed the lives of two men and one woman at two homes.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it had tried to deport Perez after he was arrested on domestic violence charges in Middlesex County, New Jersey, last year. But the county, which has a noncooperation policy with ICE, refused to alert federal agents when it released Perez in February.“Had ICE’s detainer request in December 2017 been honored by Middlesex County Jail, Luis Rodrigo Perez would have been placed in deportation proceedings and likely sent home to his country — and three innocent people might be alive today,” said Corey Price, acting ICE executive associate director.John Tsoukaris, ICE’s deportation operations field director in Newark, New Jersey, called Middlesex County’s policy reckless.

Many believe the governor, state attorney general and Middlesex County all have blood on their hands.

Calls to Investigate the NJ Attorney General

Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S

The NJ Conservative GOP has called on The United States Department of Justice to investigate New Jersey’s Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal.

“The role of the attorney general is to serve as the state’s chief law enforcement officer and legal advisor. While the primary tasks of the A.G. are to oversee the criminal justice system and protect the safety of the public, Grewal has put the safety of our residents in jeopardy and has turned the criminal justice system on its head with the so-called “Immigrant Trust Directive,” Danielczyk stated. “Attorney general Grewal from February of this year, has openly stated how he will fight President Trump and his immigration directives, now he and Governor Murphy have put it in writing.

It’s clear they have put the interests of the ILLEGAL immigrant, over the wellbeing of New Jersey citizens,” Danielczyk continued. “This Immigration Directive is so radical, that it goes to the extreme of NOT allowing ICE to cooperate with local law enforcement in ICE’s civil immigration enforcement operations. New Jersey is the command center for the extremely violent MS-13 gang, and it’s imperative that ICE has the full cooperation of New Jersey’s law enforcement.” Danielczyk said.

“The Murphy administration under the direction of Grewal has set free criminal ILLEGAL immigrants. Middlesex Country is notorious for releasing them. One of those Luis Rodrigo Perez, 23, who is being held without bail in Missouri was released from the custody of the Middlesex County Jail earlier this year, after an ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) detainer was declined.  Perez then went on to commit (3) murders in Missouri. Grewal and the Murphy administration are putting the safety of its citizens as well as those of other states at risk. The U.S. Department of Justice needs to investigate these most dangerous policy directives which allow such releases!” Danielczyk exclaimed.

“The NJ Conservative GOP also calls on the NJ Republican Party leadership to take on Attorney General Grewal and these most dangerous directives. They seem to be reluctant to do so for nary a word has been spoken by them.  They need not be intimidated to speak out, for the Attorney General should be judged on the content of his character, and they shouldn’t be reluctant to do so in view of his nationality,” Danielczyk concluded.

What Phil Murphy has Planned for you !

Leave New Jersey to find a better life

Published 12:04 a.m. ET July 14, 2017 | Updated 12:04 a.m. ET July 14, 2017

Please keep a copy of this before you vote in November and if you vote for Phil Murphy, keep this as an I-told-you-so.

If you think New Jersey is in bad shape now, here’s what Phil Murphy has planned for you. He wants to raise the sale tax to 8 percent. The estate tax was going to end in January, but Murphy wants to keep it in effect and will bring it back.

Democrats in Trenton are already drawing up the following laws so they are ready to be signed into law if Murphy wins in November. Illegal immigrants will be able to get driver’s licenses, which will make it hard for the boards of election to check if they are legal citizens when it comes time to vote. Marijuana will be legalized. Those are just two laws that will pass because Democrats have control in Trenton.

Democrat Bill Reimbursing Sanctuary Cities for Federal Funding Cuts Continues Advancing

By Alyana Alfaro • 06/19/17 4:25pm

Cities in New Jersey that do not use resources to enforce federal immigration laws regarding undocumented immigrants —known as sanctuary cities— may soon be able to apply for state grants aimed at replacing federal funding that is withheld due to sanctuary jurisdiction.

On Monday, a bill requiring the state to establish a program to replace those federal funding losses (A-4590/S3700) was advanced by the Assembly Budget Committee. The bill was also scheduled to be put up for a vote in the state Senate but was held by Sen. President Steve Sweeney (D-Gloucester) due to the absence of some Democratic members. It will likely be voted on by both houses of the Legislature before the end of the legislative session in June.

“It’s critical for the state to support its local government entities in this dispute,” said Assemblyman Raj Mukherji (D-Hudson), one of the sponsors in the Assembly. “New Jersey is home to Ellis Island, the Gateway to America, and has played a pivotal role in welcoming immigrants to this nation. The state is one of the most diverse in the nation, and its communities and history have unquestionably been enriched and strengthened by welcoming and encouraging this diversity. We must protect this legacy.”
