Roseland NJ, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) awarded $221,500 in scholarships to 53 New Jersey-based high school and college students on April 27 at the Pines Manor in Edison. Out of 146 applicants, the NJCPA Scholarship Fund distributed scholarships to 35 college students and 18 high school students.

NJ Spy Drama :Westminster Choir College Sale No Longer Moving Forward to Chinese Firm

Lawrenceville NJ, Rider University announced today that it would no longer be moving forward with the sale of Westminster Choir College to Kaiwen Education, a Chinese for-profit company partly owned by the Chinese government. Assemblymen Hal Wirths and Parker Space in the 24th Legislative District, who introduced a resolution (ACR222) opposing the sale, called the announcement a big win.
