Rutherford NJ, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced the arrest of GENESEE L. ORLOWICZ (DOB: 6/20/1977; married; and unemployed) of 98 Elliott Place, Rutherford, NJ on charges of Stalking, Cyber-Harassment, and Impersonation. ORLOWICZ is scheduled to appear in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at 8:30 a.m.
Acting Prosecutor Calo states that these charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Acting Prosecutor Calo would like to thank the Rutherford Police Department for its assistance with this investigation, as well as the Lyndhurst and Saddle River Police Departments, which participate in the Bergen County Cyber Crimes Task Force.
