Only those with the Hudson Street parking lot permit will be able to park in this lot. This will guarantee a parking space for everyone who is a winner in the lottery and buys the Hudson Street parking lot permit for $1,300 (which is the 2019 premium parking permit price). This permit will not allow the commuter to park in any other parking lots.
