Very upset about the moving of the dog park! I understand the complaints of the resident about the noise level. But the planning of the where the move was going to be is incredibly ridiculous. Right in front of the park, near the street??!! Really?!! When the dogs dart out, being very small scooting under the gate or some dumb person opening the gate and not looking around at the dogs,it is going to happen,i fervently hope that there is not too many injuries or,god forbid, deaths of the dogs. In a perfect world no it won't but we have to be realistic. And not putting the benches back in the runs is totally stupid. We have amazing dedicated dog owners who spend hours there watching the're dogs have fun. Do you think standing there in the freezing snow or the hot summer days is going to be comfortable for them? Or is that the aim? To make it as uncomfortable as possible so the dogs and owners are never there to please the residents? I am extremely disappointed in the group of people who got together and came up with this proposal! Obviously not dog lovers or even someone with half a brain to consider the best plan of relocation. Guess the money talks. And you certainly didn't spare no expense with this!
