Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Art Institute names Maureen Casey as Artist of the month for August and Julia Shea as Young Artist of the month ( http://tinyurl.com/cgcpav7 ) .
Maureen Casey is a resident of Waldwick, NJ, and a member of the Ridgewood Art Institute. Julia studies with instructor John Osborne she has always loved animals, nature, and art and is well know for her pet portraits .
Julia Shea is a 13 year old Ho Ho Kus School student .She won a scholarship for Rebecca Lears drawing class at the Ridgewood Art Institute and the Rising Star award .
