Ridgewood NJ, Liam has been selected to be a USA Taekwondo Team Athlete for the 2019 Cadet World Championship! He is currently ranked #1 in his division in the Nation. He is a member of “Team Elite” as well as a member of “Taekwondo All Inn” in Ridgewood, N.J. Liam was also named “All American Athlete” in the 2019 USAT National Championship in Minneapolis.

He has traveled to 6 different State Championships as well as the US Open in Las Vegas, Taekwondo Varsity League Championships in Texas, Metro Open Championship in New Jersey, New York international Championship in New York, Empire State Taekwondo Championship in New York and UFTKD Sparring Rumble VII in New York. With all of these competitions, we have pretty much exhausted all of our personal funds. But, how can you say no to your child for a once in a lifetime opportunity?

Liam will be traveling on August 2nd 2019 to Tashkent, Uzbekistan to compete in the 2019 Cadet World Championship, where there will be 55 countries competing!

As we are all so excited and proud for his accomplishment, it is also a huge financial commitment. There are airfare costs, hotel costs, meal costs and other fees involved. This is why we are reaching out to our friends and family as well as our Taekwondo Family your for support. Any amount you can contribute would be greatly appreciated. Also, please share via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, text message and/or email.
We will be sure to keep each and every one of you up to date on his performance and success!

Thank you in advance for your support,
Luana & Billy Woods – Mom and Dad
