Ridgewood the Aftermath

Ridgewood Nj, Despite long waits for power the Village was lucky to have the central business district with power . Residents swarmed local restaurants looking for a good meal , some conversation and a hot cup of coffee.

PSE&G continues to post November 9th as the target date for full restoration of power. While NJT has the bus system running , rail service however may take some time due to track and wire damage . The PATH remains off line  but all New York Airports are back up and running.

Residents and non residents alike filled local merchants picking up everything from food, to booze to cigars .Ridgewood crews are working furiously on cleanup efforts. While Ridgewood Water hard hit by storm damage has continued to ask residents to conserve water .
