Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi, Councilwoman Janet Ariemma and US Congressional candidate Frank Palotta and current mayor of Mahwah John Roth were ALL apprised about this latest development.
Michalski pointed out , “After full year of trying to find a sucker to buy a house for $1,818,695 and after full year of dumping millions of gallons of “colloidal clay” muddy water Pleasant Brook/Saddle River by Toll Brothers from its construction site in Upper Saddle River NJ the new asking price is “only” $1,300,000 for beautiful brand new house in Upper Saddle River. That means that ALL remaining suckers who counted that Toll Brothers will lift ALL USR home prices above $1,300,000 level feel really stupid now. Also Toll Brothers’ apologists forgot to mention that with 300 plus more housing units in USR we will need more cops, more schools, more infrastructure, etc. I guess our M&C need a good eye doctor to see it. Anybody know a good eye doctor? I mean really good”
