Tree Branch Drops Onto Minivan, North Maple Avenue Ridgewood

Ridgewood NJ, Windy conditions on Tuesday afternoon caused a tree branch to snap and drop onto a Dodge minivan near the old Sealfon’s building. Fortunately, damage to the van was light, the van’s occupants were not injured, nor was there any damage to the nearby building. However traffic on North Maple Avenue near the incident scene moved at a snail’s pace until the branch was removed. Ridgewood Police officer Peter Youngberg directed traffic at the incident scene as the branch was removed by Village of Ridgewood Parks Department Employees Tony Cavallo and Dave Ward.

thank god no one got hurt. and you see all this is why we need village services.what are we going to do pay an out side comp, every time we have something to do.
