Question for anyone who knows the answer. Is there any chance that Ridgewood water would be unable to provide water during/after the storm?

I was watching a news channel and they were suggesting that apartment dwellers fill tubs with water in case water cannot be pumped to upper floors of buildings. Is there a chance that Ridgewood Water will be unable to pump water to all homes? Should I fill my tub with water? They always seem to have difficulty in the summer. I already checked their website. No storm info.
