Coalition to Fight New Jersey Bogus “Affordable Housing Program” Continues to Grow

Montvale  NJ, according to Montvale Mayor Mike Ghassali,  more towns joining our coalition and ACTUALLY fighting for their residents to bring fairness to the “affordable housing” “Program”. Each town committed $20,000 over two years.

Other towns will be listed once they complete the internal approval and signing on process. Towns already committed to join us with resolutions and joint defense agreements:

Montvale NJ, yesterday in Montvale, severe weather conditions caused a significant disruption near the railroad tracks. If you were in the area, you might have noticed a sudden power outage that left many residents and businesses in the dark. The cause of the outage appeared to be a lightning strike, although this has not yet been confirmed.

Montvale NJ, on June 8th at 9am, the Montvale NJ Recreation Department hosted a fishing event at Huff Pond, with invaluable assistance from the Montvale PBA, Fire Department, and Tri-Boro Ambulance. The pond was specially stocked for the occasion with Blue Gills, Bass, and five large Golden Trout, ensuring an exciting and rewarding experience for all participants.

$14 million to Settle Montvale Ground Water Contamination Suit

Montvale NJ,  Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin and Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Commissioner Shawn M. LaTourette today announced a $14 million resolution of a natural resource damages (NRD) lawsuit against two companies for the contamination of groundwater with trichloroethylene (TCE) in Montvale, Bergen County.  DEP will use the funds to restore natural resources and recover its own cleanup costs.

First arriving Montvale Police units confirmed a working fire. Chief M10 requested an elevated alarm assignment. Tri-Boro Volunteer Ambulance Corps and multiple police departments for their assistance.

Montvale NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ROBERT SETNITZKY (DOB: 09/03/1962; single; unemployed) of  Montvale, NJ, currently incarcerated at Northern State Prison, on the charge of possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.

Montvale Police: Scammers pretend to be U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Montvale NJ, Montvale Police report a number of residents have been receiving calls from “Customs/Border Patrol’. These “agents” are informing residents that one of their online orders is stuck at customs and they need information such as credit card numbers/date of birth/social security number/etc in order to release the package. Please hang up on any such calls. They are not real. Customs would send you an official letter in the mail listing the items and the reason it is being held up.
