Bragg Funeral Home in Paterson. The lawsuit, lodged in Passaic County Superior Court, alleges a series of distressing events following the death of Smith’s mother, Valerie Wilson, in July 2022.

Teaneck NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of FRANK A. SALCEDO, 43; FRANCISCO SANDOVAL, 42; and BRIAN ARIAS, 40, on charges of armed robbery, kidnapping, weapons possession and other related offenses. The arrests are the result of a months-long investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and Teaneck Police Department under the direction of Chief Andrew McGurr.

The plaintiff, Lieberman, bought the car from World Wide Ferrari in Spring Valley, New York, on June 18, 2022, just a week before the crash. The suit, filed in Superior Court, also names Ferrari North America Inc., Ferrari Group North America Inc., and New Country Motor Group Inc.

Edgewater Man Pleads Guilty to Armed Robbery in Teaneck

Edgewater NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced that on May 24, 2024, ZEF HAJDARI, 27, of Edgewater, NJ, pled guilty to the June 16, 2022, attempted armed robbery of a Teaneck resident. HAJDARI is the first co-defendant to plead guilty in this multi-defendant case. Specifically, HAJDARI pled guilty to first-degree robbery, N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1a. The State will recommend a sentence of six years in New Jersey State Prison. Sentencing is scheduled for September 13, 2024.
