On Monday, Judge Carol Novey Catuogno gave the school board an additional 50 days to retroactively amend its notices for meetings held on December 21, 2023, January 3, 2024, and August 21, 2024. However, the judge denied the plaintiff’s requests to nullify the actions taken in the August meeting or impose any penalties against the board members.
