Ridgewood NJ, Chief Michael Feeney’s Junior Police Academy was a huge success . The Chief Michael Feeney Junior Police Academy is a one-week long program designed to give children who are interested in Law Enforcement an opportunity to participate in the Police Academy type experience.
The Academy is available to children who fulfill who are Ridgewood residents; between the ages of 10 to 14 years. Children entering 5th Grade are included. Children do not need to attend Ridgewood Schools.
Honorary Police Chief Michael Feeney passed away in December of 2013 from cancer .
