Do we really need this???
Yes, it’s technically within Ridgewood, but the reality is it’s not. Take the money and accept that these signs are elsewhere.
what money do you think Ridgewood is getting? Only the property owner gets rich, the sign company and Gail Price. Wonder what will you be saying when this company applies for other variances to come into the village, which they will. Will that bother you or should we just take the money. It is very short sighted and does not befit the master plan that Ridgewood spent big money on. It is a garrish display of greed brought on by several selfish people who thought this was a good idea and don’t have Ridgewood’s best interests at heart. You can start with our Mayor and go from there.
Why is the placement of the sign not within Ridgewood? Do you make your living performing land assessments and are aware of something the rest of the village is not? If not, you have just insulted anyone who is living on the east side of Ridgewood or near Route 17 for that matter. Anyone who has to drive past this structure which is sure to bring danger to that section of Route 17 with more accidents. So if I understand you correctly, what you are saying is really heartless because you are infering that these people don’t matter. It is obvious that you are a very ignorant person and it is so sad that as a community people don’t come together to make safety a priority.

These signs should be elsewhere and not in Ridgewood near the Paramus Church and cemetary.
