On Monday, March 2, 2020, the Dumont Police Department received information that an unknown male exposed himself and masturbated in the presence of two juvenile females in Dumont, NJ.  The Dumont Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and an investigation was initiated.  An investigation identified the unknown male as THOMAS PARISI.

As a result of the investigation, on Thursday, March 12, 2020, THOMAS PARISI was arrested and charged with two counts of Endangering The Welfare Of A Child, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4a(1), a 3rd degree crime; and two counts of Criminal Sexual Contact, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3b, a 4th degree crime.  PARISI was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.

Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and he would like to thank the Dumont Police Department for its assistance in this investigation.
