E Clarke Travel Closes all its Locations

As we are all coping with the ongoing coronavirus situation and the travel industry coming to a full stop, we, at E Clarke Travel, have been working 24/7 to help clients (and even people who booked their trips online and who could not get the help they needed from online agencies!). As of today, and like many businesses, we have been forced to (temporarily) close our 3 locations, Closter, Fort Lee and Ridgewood. However, we took measures to keep our operations available for the foreseeable future and accessible over the phone and via email. If you booked a trip with our agency and you need immediate attention, you can reach out to us any time of the day or the night and we will do everything we can to assist you. If your travel plans allow for more time to be taken care of, be aware that we are monitoring the situation very closely on your behalf and we are doing everything we can possibly do to act in a timely fashion.

I also want to take the opportunity to share with you that our employees have been acting like heroes for many weeks now, not only by handling the urgent requests to get people home safely but also by cancelling or rescheduling all the trips we have on the books for the upcoming months. One can only imagine how painful it can be to undo months worth of work, while passively witnessing the promised revenue evaporate. Still, they have been working relentlessly helping those who trusted us with their vacation plans to secure reservations and their money. They did that, while fully aware that they may not get their job back any time soon. Yes, they are heroes in their own way.

I want to personally thank them from the bottom of my heart for their exemplary attitude and I hope you will join me in expressing a word of appreciation that will make them feel they are not ignored in these difficult times.

Thank you all for the trust you put in us and we can only hope we will be there for you when the coronavirus dust settles and you are ready to enjoy travel again.
