Ridgewood NJ, most Americans see Hollywood as dominated by liberal politics, and barely one in four view the entertainment business as a positive influence.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 56% of American Adults describe the politics of Hollywood as liberal, while just eight percent (8%) view the movie industry as conservative. Another 23% feel Hollywood is politically moderate. Thirteen percent (13%) are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
