Ridgewood NJ,as if our town didn’t have enough partisan politics thanks to Aronsohn, Vagianos, DelVecchio, and company.

The Village of Ridgewood was created under the Faulkner Act . The act was created to provide municipalities with greater flexibility than provided in New Jersey’s traditional forms of government (city, township, borough, town and village) and to expand on the reforms provided in the Walsh Act and the 1923 Municipal Manager Law.

The Walsh Act is a piece of legislation in the U.S. state of New Jersey that permits municipalities to adopt a non-partisan commission form of government. The legislation was signed by Governor of New Jersey Woodrow Wilson on April 25, 1911.

JOLT Feeds the partisan divide in Ridgewood by promoting Democrat candidates and the Democrat agenda.

The partisan divide refers to the growing ideological gap and polarization between political parties, particularly in democratic systems. It signifies the increasing differences in beliefs, values, and policy preferences between members of different political parties, often resulting in starkly opposing viewpoints and limited bipartisan cooperation.

In many countries, including the United States, the partisan divide has become more pronounced in recent decades. Factors contributing to this divide include social, cultural, and economic issues, as well as the rise of partisan media and the influence of interest groups.

The partisan divide can hinder effective governance by making it challenging to reach consensus on important policy issues. It can also lead to gridlock in legislative bodies and contribute to political instability. Efforts to bridge the partisan divide often involve promoting dialogue, compromise, and understanding between members of different political parties.

  1. This is the same person who was making commission from vendors in the name of giving residents a group discount on Facebook groups.
Anything to make that extra dollar.

  2. This is a Glen Rock event, not Ridgewood. Stop trying to invent a fight where there isn’t one.

    1. Not true. Vag used one of them to endorse him for his mayoral run. They are a metastasizing cancer.

    2. Glen Rock’s been getting a little uppity, so I say it’s time we take the fight to them. Ho-Ho-Kus better settle down too or else.

      1. Glen Rock is probably safe. The Mayor already endorsed Nepo.

    3. Turn off CNN and get some exercise.

  3. Dirtbag

  4. And she believes FJB is a competent president.

  5. Whack jobs. How’s Bob Menendez working out for you ladies?

    1. Post of the day!

    2. Most democrat women are not too bright.

  6. This is posted on a Ridgewood Facebook page advertising an event in Glen Rock and welcoming all to come. They are trying to stir up shit in Ridgewood. Aronsohn and Kazmark and Vagianos are all in on dividing up the nonpartisan government here in Ridgewood.

  7. JOLT would like nothing more than to make Ridgewood ‘s government partisan. Our town does not need that. The issues in our town are things like sidewalks and parking rates and ballfields. This is not something like immigration and support for overseas wars and abortion. We do not need Republican versus Democrat in this town.

    1. You mean you don’t want a VC that supports the Paris Climate Accord? You should read some of the BC resolutions in GR.

And don’t forget the absentee and mail-in ballots that always seem to show up at the right time to save the Dems.

    2. WAKE UP.

      Ridgewood’s Government IS Partisan.

  8. Regardless of what this event is intended for, in Ridgewood, we need to get rid of the parade of clowns that are currently in power to ruin our village. This clown brigade includes our current Mayor who only cares about business, development and supporting the sports organizations, two council persons who are useless, Evan Weitz basically does less than nothing and Siobahn Whinograd who is a schemer and has liedso many times I have lost count. These people are bad for Ridgewood. Pam Perron, deputy mayor, former tree hugger now turned a follow the leader and has become a bad actor along with the rest of them. Keith Kazmark is in with this bunch calling balls and strikes. We need to clean house and get some people that focus on the real priorities that excist today.

  9. Management in the village are a bunch of idiots.

    1. They all seem to be doing very well for themselves while you all complain about how everything goes to shit. So, who are the real idiots? Seriously.

  10. There was a guy named Occhipinti that coached baseball at Ramapo HS. Not a nice guy.
