Ridgewood NJ, Less than 24 hours after Apple threatened to remove Parler from its App Store, the social media app favored by conservatives for its lax content-moderation policies shot to the top of the download charts. Saturday afternoon, mere hours before the reported deadline was set to expire, the previously fringe alternative to Twitter had been infused with new life.

Parler suddenly found itself listed as the number one free app in the App Store — a ranking undoubtedly, at least in part, thanks to Apple’s threatened ban as people rushed to download the app ahead of any possible removal.

According to mobile app analytics company Sensor Tower, yesterday Parler was the No. 11 app on the tech giant’s rankings and was installed approximately 210,000 times globally, up from 55,000 (281%) the day before, which made a huge jump from the day before that.

“In the U.S., the app saw approximately 182,000 first-time downloads on 1/8, up 355% from about 40,000 installs on 1/7,” a Sensor Tower spokesperson told TheWrap Saturday. “Since Wednesday, the app has seen approximately 268,000 installs from across U.S. app stores.”

Apple followed through on Saturday evening, suspending the app because “Parler has not taken adequate measures to address the proliferation of … threats to people’s safety.” But during the roughly day-long reprieve the app had before it’s removal, a whole lot more users jumped aboard.

Parler  CEO John Matze posted on Parler ,”Apple will be banning Parler until we give up free speech, institute broad and invasive policies like Twitter and Facebook and we become a surveillance platform by pursuing guilt of those who use Parler before innocence.

They claim it is due to violence on the platform. The community disagrees as we hit number 1 on their store today. The same day “Hang Mike Pence”, a disgusting violent suggestion, was trending nationally on Twitter. Displaying the horrible double standard Apple and their big tech pack apply to the community.

Apple, a software monopoly, provides no alternatives to installing apps on your phone other then their store. We do not own our phones, Apple simply rents them to us. Apple, Google and the rest of the anti-competitive pack of big tech tyrants coordinate their moves and work together to stifle competition in the marketplace.

More details about our next plans coming soon as we have many options.”

    VERY EASY
I just did it and I am not tech savvy

APKPure is VERY SAFE (check it out on the internet if you like)
This is very simple and safe. There is no “jail breaking or any complicated or questionable things to do. It is just downloading 2 apps…. APKPure and then Parler.

**** Apple users will need to “jailbreak their phone at this time to “side-load” the Parler App on an iPhone.

    **** ALSO
Apple and Android users can use Parler on their phone (or computer or tablet) directly via the Parler.com website by using their phone’s Web Browser.
