Hackensack NJ, on Tuesday night at 205 Euclid Ave, a fire broke out at 8:54pm, prompting a swift response from Hackensack firefighters. A 9-1-1 call reported a fire with a trapped occupant sent first responders rushing to the scene.
Upon arrival, Hackensack firefighters conducted a primary search of the residence and successfully located and removed a male victim from the building. Thanks to their quick actions, the victim was immediately transferred to ALS and BLS units for treatment and transportation to Hackensack University Medical Center.
Firefighters stretched hose lines into the structure, swiftly extinguishing the fire and preventing further damage. The department reported that there were no injuries to our firefighters during this intense operation.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by Hackensack Fire Prevention.
