Chick-fil-A Expected to Open in May on the Old Fireplace Location

Paramus NJ, the former site of the iconic Fireplace restaurant along Route 17 will soon be replaced by a Chick-fil-A, with an expected opening in the first week of May, as confirmed by Paramus Mayor Chris DiPiazza on Wednesday afternoon. This addition adds to Chick-fil-A’s presence in New Jersey, where it already operates 61 locations out of over 3,000 nationwide.

The Iconic Fireplace Restaurant in Paramus is No More

Paramus NJ, well it’s finally gone , the Route 17 icon the Fireplace restaurant was demolished on Tuesday. The Fireplace closed in 2021 after 65 years in business, the property is slated to become home to a Chick-fil-A. Some viewed the closing as a symptom of the struggle of small businesses ,others said that times have just changed.

Chick-fil-A Moving into the Former Fireplace Location in Paramus

Paramus NJ, Chick-fil-A is looking to add more restaurants  in Paramus along the Route 17 corridor. Bergen County seems a good fit for the restaurant chains 6 days a week philosophy . Chick-fil-A is one of the largest American fast food restaurant chains and the largest specializing in chicken sandwiches. The company is headquartered in College Park, Georgia. Chick-fil-A operates 2,797 restaurants and growing, primarily in the United States.

Chick-fil-A restaurant to Open on Route 4 in Hackensack

Hackensack NJ,  A Chick-fil-A restaurant with a drive-thru will replace a shuttered Hooters on Route 4, across the highway from Riverside Square Mall. This will be the Atlanta-based fast-food chain’s sixth location in Bergen County and its 55th in New Jersey.
