Ridgewood NJ, Opportunity for support: RHS DECA is selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts as a fundraiser for their chapter. The deadline to order is Friday, November 30 at 10 p.m. Krispy Kreme will be available for pick up at RHS from 3-5 p.m. on Friday, December 7 or they can be delivered later that day to your house. Doughnuts are sold in dozens and are all one kind (original and flavored options available and detailed in the form). ?? Original glazed are $10 per dozen and the flavored doughnuts are $12 per dozen. Payment can be in the form or cash or check (made payable to: RHS Association DECA) and dropped off or mailed to RHS (RHS DECA, Attn: Mrs. Mendez, 627 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450). Ridgewood NJ, on Sunday, October 2, 2016 11am – 3pm (Rain or Shine) at the Wild Duck Pond 1133 E. Ridgewood Avenue, Ridgewood Companion Animal Advocates will be hosting a fundraiser.

Companion Animal Advocates (CAA), is a non-profit, all volunteer organization primarily serving New Jersey residents. CAA is committed to keeping family pets from being surrendered to already crowded shelters because their owners can no longer care for them.

Bring your family and join us for a day filled with music, giveaways, food, doggie beauty salon, pet caricaturist, photographer, veterinarian, various dog related exhibitors and vendors, dog trainer demonstrations, “Furever Friends” for adoption by the animal rescue/shelter groups in attendance, a “Blessing of the Animals” at 12 Noon, the 9th Annual Delaney Dog Show and our 50/50. FREE ADMISSION! Plenty of vendors with food items, pet items and lots more available for purchase. Please bring a donation of a bag/can of cat/dog food to aid underserved pet owners.

As per park regulations, dogs must be on a lead no longer than 6’ in length. No flexi leads. HAVE YOUR DOG CROWNED KING OR QUEEN OF THE CARNIVALE!! Raise money to support Companion Animal Advocates. PARAMUS – More than 100 people attended a fundraiser Tuesday night for Republican Bergen County Freeholder candidate John Mitchell.

The event, held at Biagio’s in Paramus, drew a host of GOP stalwarts from around Bergen County. Those in attendance included Bergen County Republican Organization Chairman Bob Yudin; Bergen County Sheriff Michael Saudino; state Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi (R-39), 38th Legislative District candidates Anthony Cappola and Mark DiPisa; and former 38th Legislative District candidate Fernando Alonso, an attorney from Oradell who is a senior lecturer and the director of several programs for Hispanic students at Fairleigh Dickinson University. SHARE, Inc. to Host “Just Desserts” Fundraiser to Benefit its Residences for Independent Seniors

Shared Housing Association for Ridgewood & Environs, Inc. (SHARE) is hosting “Just Desserts: A Matinee of Sweet Delights and Soulful Sounds” on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m. This fundraising event will be held in Anderson Hall at the Unitarian Society, 113 Cottage Place, in Ridgewood, N.J.

Admission is $25 per person and includes an array of desserts, beverages and performances by local musicians. A 50/50 and Prize Raffles will also be sold. Proceeds will help fund capital improvements to SHARE’s two residences for independent seniors, located at 104 Cottage Place and 130 Prospect Street in Ridgewood.
