Hackensack NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JAMES FALLETTI (DOB: 7/18/1978; married; teacher) of Hackensack, NJ on endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Elmwood Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Michael Foligno.
