Paramus to Upgrade Busy Midland and Farview Intersection in 2025

Paramus  NJ, Paramus residents will see major upgrades to the intersection of Midland and Farview Avenues next year. Mayor Chris DiPiazza  made the announcement on Facebook. This key crossing has been selected by the Borough Council as the focus for safety and traffic improvements, which include adding left-turn lanes, enhancing sidewalks, and removing outdated traffic features. The Council recently approved the project to go to bid, marking a big step forward in the town’s effort to modernize busy intersections.

New Costco Coming to Paramus, Confirms Mayor Chris DiPiazza

Paramus NJ, a new Costco is set to be built in Paramus, off Route 17 , on the site of the former Stop & Shop, according to Paramus Mayor Chris DiPiazza. The plans for the new Costco Wholesale location were officially submitted to the Paramus Planning Board on Thursday morning.

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center Breaks Ground On Major Emergency Department Expansion

Paramus NJ, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center held a groundbreaking ceremony for its major Emergency Department (ED) expansion project. The ED currently has 19 beds and will increase to 49 beds with specialized areas for those experiencing a mental health crisis, pediatric patients, and geriatric patients. Once completed, the ED will have separate areas for those seeking mental health services and those coming in for acute medical care with 30 beds dedicated to behavioral health and substance use disorder patients.
