The Board agreed to focus on data-driven goals relative to mental health, DEI  (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ), communication, and student achievement. The discussion can be found in the BOE meeting video starting at 1:08:58 (one hour, eight minutes, and 58 seconds). The presentation ensued from a presentation by an external consultant.
