Ridgewood Public Schools: This Old Boat is Taking Water

Ridgewood NJ, Village officials and their ideological partners that unveiled the full service community school to the district are watching the hourglass grow empty. In recent months Ridgewood Blog has reported on the collaborative efforts between Cottage Place and Village Hall leaders who are shaping Ridgewood Public Schools into the vision that  Democratic Senators Joe Lagana (D-38th) and Benji Wimberly (D-35th)promised they could deliver to the State’s Education Committee members and gubernatorial candidate Mikie Sherrill. Nervous Democrats are relying on voters keeping their heads buried in sand so that these plans can be aggressively pursued across all of New Jersey’s public schools should leftist ideologues prove victorious in November. Regardless of the Election Day outcome, the blueprint for re-envisioning New Jersey’s public schools is now transparent; much to the dismay of partisan leaders and their corporate sponsors. Now the public is asking: how long until there’s nothin’ left at all?

Ridgewood NJ, The Ridgewood Board of Education proudly presented their colorful vision for the village schools at Monday’s Board of Education meeting. Ridgewood Schools reveal their blueprint to shape the future of education in the village

the staff of the Ridgewood blog

Ridgewood NJ, over the past several years, Ridgewood’s social structuralists have erected scaffolding to conceal the “tradition of excellence.” A tradition that is slowly eroding, but one that was built on American values and beliefs. That life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness relied on independent freedoms and choices, not upon the structural orders of Critical Theory hypotheticals. District and Village representatives are proud to pull the curtain off their self-created scaffolding to reveal a new structure: the politically left and teacher union approved “Community School.”

April 7, 2025

RPS Community Members,

We are writing to provide follow-up information regarding the joint investigation conducted by the Ridgewood Public Schools and the Ridgewood Police Department into recent reports and rumors of potential school violence at Ridgewood High School. These rumors alleged that a student had developed a plan to commit a school shooting on Monday, April 7, and had circulated a so-called “kill list” identifying intended targets. The widespread dissemination of these claims—along with an image of the alleged list on social media—understandably caused public concern and prompted overnight action by school and law enforcement officials to ensure that it was safe to open schools today.
