  3. Paramus is done, it turned into a city. Way too many people now, way too many cars. Way too Much traffic I can’t even move. And what is the benefit of living in Paramus. What contains to the stores you can have it. I miss the good all days when was all farms.

    1. I agree. Just look at Route 17, especially south bound on a weekday after 3 p.m. It usually looks like a parking lot. Paramus officials just want to keep developing every last piece of land in town. It’s frankly disgusting.

      1. the back ups on RT 17 are the failure of the NJ DOT to widen the 2 lane area in Maywood to 3 lanes.
I guess maywood residents have more political clout (if we did the glenwood road hill would still be 2 way)

  4. Wait until they build the ginormous (16,000 sq ft with a drive-thru window) CVS at the corner of Ridgewood Ave and Paramus Road. The site plan has traffic exiting both LEFT and right onto Ridgewood Ave just east of the bridge crossing into Ridgewood. The exit is right where the two westbound lane converge and where there is a bus stop. Not to mention that CVS stores are ugly and we already have a huge brand new one on the border with Midland Park.

And they want to site a “restaurant”on that lot too but they’ve been very secretive about what that “restaurant” is.

Cant wait for the lights and dumpster overflows to start adversely impacting the Duck Pond and down stream area.

    Paramus sucks.
