Your insurance company doesn’t have to do anything outside of it’s contractual obligations, all of which you consented to when you accepted their policy. You knew what you were signing up for. You read the fine print. You understood that insurance companies exist for profit, and that insurance companies make profit by collecting as much money as possible and paying out as little money as possible.
