This guy started our pool back in Dec. 2020 and we are in May 2023 and my pool is still not completed. Tried hiring other contractors to take over his mess and they rejected. Not knowing what to do, I keep begging him to come back every morning and he gives me a date for the next day which never comes. Needless to say, he does not pick up any of my calls, only replies to texts when he feels like. Weeks go by without hearing from him but I keep trying. My kids are about to lose their third summer.
