Well the meeting is over and Voigt not only didn’t apologize but reiterated his baseless accusations and in the same disrespectful tone and words. The public dosen’t hear the message as loudly as how it is said. He doesn’t understand that people think less of him because of his behavior. I voted for him but would not do it again not to mention his parking flyer with his name printed in large letters across the top. He is one of 5 and it is evident that everyone is working on a parking solution. He is clueless to the fact that he is acting just like our past mayor and cronies and their candidates were rejected in a land slide decision in May.
He is arrogant and rude and hateful
As the electorate showed the last regime, it will have the resounding last word against people who behave this way. We are much wiser as a result of those that came before Mr. Voigt.
He started showing his true colors from day 1 after winning the elections. I am sad to be part of his campaign. If I can spend time to get him elected, I will be the first one to spend time to get his opponent elected in the next election.
Back to business as usual, there is always one asshole in the bunch.Starting to regret voting for the SOB.
Now my question is: Did he dupe us into thinking he was someone else or were we so desperate to get rid of Aronsohn that we never analyzed the real Voigt? Too late now but the next election will come soon enough.
Why, Jeff, why? Everybody was rooting for you.
No use berating oneself about one’s council votes in May. There were three openings and six candidates, of whom 50% were on Team Aronsohn (and may run again in 2018, so watch out).
A little birdie told me this week that Jeff attempted a coup against Susan before she was elected mayor! Jeff tried to convince Mike Sedon to vote for himself, saying that Jeff and one other council member would also vote for for Mike. This conspiracy attempt failed of course, and Susan is now mayor.
