Ridgewood NJ, the application period for the NJ Civil Service Law Enforcement Entrance Exam runs through March 31st. The Ridgewood Police Department utilizes the results of this exam to hire our officers. The Village of Ridgewood still exercises a resident’s preference.

The rest of the village departments need to follow the same civil service laws, just like the police and fire do. The scissor civil service town let’s follow the rules. This is ridiculous. How long these problems have been occurring. I blame the clerks office on this issue. Learn the laws if not, the village will be in violation from the state. Their techniques from the past have been illegal,with giving jobs to friends, no test scores, giving employees without being tested and trained, we will be watching

That means you do not have a test score from civil service, you just have an application that means shit. And you’re not walked into your position, stupid ass. When there is a layoff, it’s time for you to go bye-bye. I think you people need to read the social service handbook/law book and stop listening to people in village Hall, because they are the ones who screwed everything up. Thumbs up baby. This is great, I love to see people get all twisted when you got your hand around their balls. You see all these individuals putting thumbs down that’s because they don’t know the civil service laws and they don’t like it that I’m stirring the soup. Well too damn bad this is what happens when someone sits on your fat ass and doesn’t take care of the proper civil service guidelines. We have individuals meaning employees just handed titles without verbal testing written, testing hands-on testing here you go here’s the keys enjoy. Don’t F up great logic, very impressive supervision from the top. They should be ashamed of themselves. What a bunch of clowns. The village is run like shit. We don’t care we see what’s going on. We pay taxes. The last five years poor supervision. Poor judgment in hiring, yes, we are aware that we will have employees put thumbs down. Well, that’s your own fault if you’re upset. That’s what happens when your body hires you. And now you’re gonna go home and worry, your hair is going to turn gray, some hair will fall out. You will start drinking, you may gain weight, or lose weight, you might just get diarrhea. Don’t blame us for bringing this to your attention. Blame your superiors for not having your back. Because as of last week, the silver service commission is shaking their head down in Trenton over the Village Of Ridgewood hiring practices. They just not telling him the village right now. You should’ve been at that meeting. One big cluster you know what. Enjoy because we are.
