the staff of the Ridgewood blog
Ridgewood Nj, yesterday Ridgewood residents received spam texts from number 862-500-9892 and someone named Cory (Democratic Operative?) on behalf Mayor Paul VAGIANOS, Deputy Mayor Pam PERRON, and Bee Man Frank MORTIMER . One resident asked, “Have you heard if any restricted phone distribution lists were used to obtain my, and anyone else’s phone number?”
” This is Mayor Paul VAGIANOS, Deputy Mayor Pam PERRON, and Frank MORTIMER for Village Council.

Bullet vote Kwak
I am so glad that they didn’t contact me. I am not voting for any of them. They are terrible and have no focus and the rogue spending is out of control (although the village manager is responsible for that too). We don’t need more of the same and change for this village is needed.
Sad to see Jim Stroker took the plunge and recommends voting for Pee Wee and Friends.
Noooo … Not Coach Stroker!
Shame on Sean too….
Why?
This couple tales the cake when the term lackies and sycophants comes to mind.
The posts on social media are mounting with the same nonsense about much of the above. I could care less that Gottheimer endorses Vagianos, it is a Joke and the usual FBl trolls telling us that Vagianos, perron and man boobs mortimer are going to be doers, when for several years they didn’t amount to a whole lot is hysterical. But these characters will keep voting for them because of promises that were made. The usual suspects who don’t give hoot about anything but their own special interests and the folks lining up for Vagianos lined up are pretty telling of the story that you can be wined, dined and pocket lined.
Childish comment.
Be Better
My question is, who did they work with to get nothing done for the last several years?
I will betcha that it irks PFAS PauLIE to no end that he is not #1 on the ballot. Even if he wins, he will go down in the anals (no pun) of Ridgewood history as the failed mayor with his lackey puppets who have sold themselves out for some kind of political glory. They need to remember that they are civil servants, they are supposed to be working for the people not promoting their special agendas. That is what is sad. The morale within the village is very low and who knows if there will be a furlough. That is on the conscience of those who voted for these people, that is if they have a conscience.
The Ridgewood United trio will be just as ineffective, if not more so, then the original bunch has been. What have they done? They can barely take on challenges like flooding without complaining or making excuses. They have whined about keeping meetings from going late, cut public comments, so many dirty tricks and trying to suppress information through censorship. They have instilled the worst kind of leadership and let bullies feel their own importance. It has been Vagianos magical mystery tour part 2 if this group gets voted in. Perron and Mortimer do nothing to instill confidence in their abilities to lead.
James – please don’t post any more pics from Tubby Tedesco…
It’s gonna get interesting
Thank god I’m finally in the Senior Freeze program. My property taxes are frozen* at the 2022 rate, which was plenty high enough. I still care deeply about overspending on the wrong things, though.
*A slight misnomer. I will always have to pay the town the full amount for the current year, but in the following year, once I have reapplied, the state will send me a check for any increase over the previous year–assuming it isn’t all changed.
