I would love to volunteer but I cringe when I see the word “pride”. Couldn’t they find a more suitable name for planting flowers? Like “Beautify Ridgewood” or sth else?
Project Pride has been the name of this group for over 20 years. It represents the feeling of pride that participants take in the appearance of the Village. There are no political overtones.
Not when it was formed, but “pride” has been coopted by militant gays.
Another word ruined by the left…
Yea time for a name change.
Don’t you get it?
