Glen Rock NJ, this week the Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps would like to highlight Brian Markey.
Bryan joined the GRVAC in 2013 and has been making calls since 2014. Brian is well respected around town as a lawyer, and throughout the county for his involvement in Emergency Medical Services. Brian also led the GRVAC as Chief during the critical years of the Covid pandemic. Brian’s leadership throughout the critical period of Covid will always be remembered by the members of the GRVAC. It was his efforts to stay abreast of every change in the Covid protocols that kept GRVAC members safe and enabled them to provide service to the community.
Brian would like to tell you “Membership in the GRVAC is very rewarding. The corps’ members come from diverse backgrounds but with a common goal: giving back to the community through neighbors helping neighbors. I feel very lucky to be part of such a caring, dedicated group of people.”
