  2. Believe me once Valley is at Ridgewood, many of us are going to miss it. Even it’s still close, but it’s very nice to have hospital written down. And it’s gonna definitely affect business throughout the CBD. How many people would drop off a loved one because they’re having a little procedure and the rest of the family goes out and gets breakfast Lunch to a little shopping, now that is going to Paramus just like the movie theater how many times I would drop off my kids and go out to lunch or dinner with my wife and meet friends have a drink, well now I’ll be dropping the kids off in Paramus and eating close to the movie theater , another strike for the CBD.
