  1. Well it looks like the Village Council is going to put taxpayers in more debt.

18-279 Award Professional Services Contract – Professional Appraiser for Block 3806, Lot 2 – The Town Garage (NTE $7,500) – Awards a Professional Services Contract to John P.Brody of Appraisal Consultants Corporation,293 Eisenhower Pkwy #200, Livingston, NJ

  2. We need another parking garage for the commuters.
PARKING IN THE VILLAGE OF RIDGEWOOD

9 million dollars for Hudson St parking garage ( Without cost overruns )
300 thousand dollars for parking expansion at the train station( for compact cars) (Without cost overruns)
Unknown amount to purchase the Town Garage , remediation and build parking garage

  3. So glad they are getting rid of that hate-mongering Community Relations Advisory Board

  4. it’s a happy days are here again for the pols and the developers the builders and their
flunckies as the spenders see a window of opportunity to lay on the deals to wreck the whole town…where is Paulie and Roberta we could trade down for them and some smaller ball on our backs..Recall these hacks ..it’s a runaway train…PS LETS BUILD A PAC WITH THE LANDFILL NEXT TO THE LIBRARY..LETS BUFF THAT US TOO.

    MOVING TRUCKS .COM

  5. Its so in the taxpayers face
that they clearly are emboldened by the atmosphere that Taxpayers are sheep to be shorn down our hides.Townsfolk rise up
    Or perhaps Pack-up

Realtors get their piece of our hides on that Vig too

  6. Wait till the Mayor tries to sell you his project. The Ridgewood new performing arts center formally known the The NJ Bell Telephone Co.building. Its farther along the most resident think.

  7. This council is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
    .
Sadly, it is still an IMMENSE IMPROVMENT over the last council.
    .
THAT tells you the sorry state of local politics in Ridgewood.
One hand giving a big middle finger to Ridgewood residents and the other hand reaching into their pockets and shaking them down for ever increasing amounts of money.
    .

  8. The years with realtor in chief will be tough. Aronsohn will have a much easier time to get back to power once his mandate expires. We’re screwed either way. Both love concrete and developers.

  9. How do you destroy a town? Just do exactly what Ridgewood is doing. I now have no reason to come to Ridgewood for dinner. I live in a town near by and I will not deal with parking meters during dinner hours. Its not the money, its the idea that I have to worry about did I feed the meter? Is it about to run out? Am I going to get a ticket. I have stress all day long. When I now want a nice quiet dinner I will goto any other town in Bergen county or Wayne for that matter. Add to this the ticket I got in Ridgewood for taking my cell phone out of my pocket and placing it in the seat next to me. Cop said I was not using my phone hands free. Good Job Ridgewood! I will not be back until the adults figure out how a small town economy works.

  10. just look dummy decapitated meter Poles at Cottage and other lots where Every POLE HAS TO have the Same Rectanglular
sign ..don’t pay here dummy meters gone and pay at the Kiosk to the Right. The new signs on every meter pole were so big they had to cut and shave 45 degree off the new square metals SIGNS to endlessly restate that you can’t pay here anymore ( because the meters gone) signs and to further prevent injuries by
people trying to walk between the metal signs to walk to from RIDGEWOOD Avenue . come on..looks like hell ..visitors must think we are idiots. nor does Kiosk instruct
new users if meter payment receipts need to placed on the dashboard as in other towns ,but license plate recording at the kiosk assumed to not require payment slip on cars dashboards like other towns
