thank you for posting this important info
unless you’re withing 200 feet of an applicant there is no notification of these things
the town SHOULD have an email blast to all residents regarding requests for variances since more than the abutters are effected
Look on the Village website, if you’re not too lazy.
Sounds like you’re nosy, not effected – maybe just affected??
Any chance YOU are one of the lazy employees responsible for that half ass website? Trying to get information from that disorganized embarrassment is a waste of time. The ZBA agenda is only posted a short time prior to the meeting. And its the right of every resident to see what their inconsiderate neighbors are trying to ‘sneak in’. So your dopey comment about being ‘nosey’ indicates you were probably one of the inconsiderate applications that have been denied. Everyone is effected. Just because I don’t live 200 feet away from you doesn’t mean I want to look at your ugly addition on a postage stamp sized lot. Go back to NYC with your attitude.
If I were on the Zoning Board I would vote NO to EVERY variance request. For countless reasons.
