NEWARK, NJ — The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in collaboration with the FBI, is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of four escaped criminal illegal aliens from Delaney Hall Detention Facility in Newark. The escape took place on June 12, 2025, and these individuals are considered public safety threats.

DHS urges anyone with information to call 911 immediately or reach out to the ICE Tip Line at 866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423).

“The safety of the Newark community and the American public is our top priority,” said a senior DHS official. “We are calling on the public to help locate and apprehend these dangerous fugitives.”

    • Origin: Honduras

    • U.S. Entry: 2019 (as a minor)

    • Charges: Unlawful handgun possession (Oct 3, 2024), aggravated assault (Feb 15, 2025 – Passaic PD)

  3. Joan Sebastian Castaneda-Lozada

    • Origin: Colombia

    • U.S. Entry: 2022 (unlawfully)

    • Charges: Burglary, theft, conspiracy (Hammonton PD – May 15, 2025)

  4. Andres Pineda-Mogollon

    • Origin: Colombia

    • U.S. Entry: 2023 (visa overstay)

    • Charges: Petit larceny (NYPD – April 25, 2025), residential burglary (Union, NJ – May 21, 2025)
