Age Requirement for Kindergarten : It is the School Board’s policy to admit to kindergarten in September of each year children who will be five years of age on or before October 1.
At each elementary school, an orientation meeting will be scheduled for parents of next year’s new entrants to review the school’s program, depending upon the state’s current health guidelines. The principals will send
orientation information in the spring, along with instructions to complete a questionnaire regarding your child’s academic, social, and emotional readiness for kindergarten.
This last storm dropped only about 5”’of snow but the roads near were terrible last night.
More snow expected Sunday night into Monday. That’ll be 6 storms in the 22 days.
This town can never handle a 3 foot blizzard. Like years ago. From what we see we just don’t have the personnel like we used to. You cannot push employees to work 30 hours straight it’s not safe it’s not healthy. You need to have 12 hour shifts, someone’s going to get into a serious accident . What happens if one of our plow drivers crash and hit a family ,individuals are hurt or worse , Can you imagine the lawsuit that we are pushing our employees to work 20 or 30 hours straight or more. The village is so liable. This is actually becoming dangerous.
The village lost a lot of experience Employees. There must be laws regarding how long employees can work Snow Plowing , I’m sure it cannot be around the clock in multiple days.
Dont worry nobody is going to accuse village employees of working hard
Looks like those “retirees” are registering their grand children
Wtf….Who doesn’t have internet ????
What’s the point.
Keep them home.
Anyone out there know the law regarding how many hours you can drive with a commercial drivers license. This sounds very interesting. I know on the news I heard the highway authority is working 12 hour shifts. We wonder if that’s the law
Well in Ridgewood the top officials don’t care about the law , they do whatever they want anyway .
