NJT No charge for latest commuter indignity

As if incessant panhandling, urine-stained elevators and stop-and-start escalators aren’t enough, Penn Station commuters, many from North Jersey, are now enduring still another indignity: NJ Transit has sealed or padlocked nearly 70 electrical outlets in its Seventh Avenue section of the terminal, leaving commuters with few places to charge their cellphones and laptops.
