Valley owns many properties in RW. Guess what? Most if not all will be sold to developers for high density housing including main campus (at least parts of it). There is nobody else to be interested but developers. An avalanche of buildings are in the horizon. Kiss your “village” goodbye. But at least we will have diversity, crowds, garbage thrown around, noise, traffic……………like in good ole NYC. Yay.
Anyone knows what will happen with the strip in North Maple by HHK crossing?
