Glen Rock NJ, according to Glen Rock Police on Monday January 25th at 8:34 p.m. a Berry Place resident reported that a burglary had occurred at his home while he was working in his basement. The resident recounted to officers that he went down to his basement around 7 PM and when he came back upstairs at around 8:20 PM he noticed that his front door was open and that the rear door to his home had been forced open. The master bedroom was found to have been disturbed with a small amount of jewelry missing.
An extensive canvass of the area was conducted by responding officers and the scene was processed by a Crime Scene Investigator from the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office BCI Unit. A preliminary investigation has determined that the time of the burglary was approximately 8:10 PM. Glen Rock Detectives are actively investigating.
