Lodi NJ, New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) customers are advised that all NJMVC facilities will be closed Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, and Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022, in observance of the New Year’s holiday.
This includes:
Licensing and Vehicle Centers
Regional Service Centers
road testing sites
inspection stations
The NJMVC.gov website should always be the first stop for New Jersey residents seeking motor vehicle services. There are more than 30 NJMVC services available online, including license and registration renewals and replacements, address changes, fee and surcharge payments, driver abstract requests, and more.
Customers also must schedule appointments on NJMVC.gov for nearly all in-person transactions at our Licensing Centers and Vehicle Centers.
Must be the laziest group of state employees.
The longest ever paid vacation.
I just don’t understand why they can’t build more motor vehicle agencies it’s just ridiculous.
Build more DMVs? The State is bankrupt.
Yea ok , u believe that one.
Years ago some of these DMV locations were actually ‘franchises’ given as a political ‘plum’ to favorites.
Has this been eliminated? Or is it still the current practice?
